New dates have been added to the tour section including my show tomorrow the 23rd in Beverly Hills at Aqua Lounge, the 24th at SOHO2 Studios in North Hollywood for a charity event, and of course WONDERCON April 1 -3rd in  San Francisco.  Look for exclusive prints and chances to win original artwork!

Just a quick update--I've added several new paintings to the 'Gallery'.  So click, scroll down and enjoy!  'Underworld' will be my WonderCon exclusive print this year--more info to follow.  See you next week in San Fran!

So finally I get to sit down and update the ol' website.  I'm back from a whirlwind 3 weeks that have taken me to Vegas, Seattle and several festivals in San Diego, and I can honestly say it's been an amazing time!  First up the Emerald City Comic Con was by far the best convention I've ever had the pleasure of appearing at.  The people were absolutely amazing, and the interest in my art was unmatched.  To all the fans and new faces I got to meet, a big thanks, and I can't wait til next year!  I still have a few of the limited edition ECCC exclusive 'Emerald Fly Girl' prints left--they are available in the store.

Last Sat put me at the SD IndieFest, a local event showcasing indie music, fashion and art.  I was pleasantly surprised at the turnout and the overall interest in the art from the people of San Diego.  If you know anything about me, my opinion of the SD art scene is very low, and the genuine interest in the art was a glimmer of hope that this city is finally pulling its head out of it's collective landscape painting ass.  Good job SD!

Next up I'm heading up to L.A. this Friday 18, 2011 to the Batcave Bite Night event @ the Medusa Lounge (3211 Beverly Blvd, LACA).  If you've never been to the Medusa Lounge you are in for a real treat!  This is one of the coolest places I've ever painted at.  For instance the original chandelier from 'Gone With the Wind' hangs above the main entrance to the club--very cool.  I'll be doing up the live art on the dark side for sure--come check out my new 'Lizzie Borden' painting, and of course I'll have my new prints, original paintings, books and more!  Check the tour dates page for more local events.

As for the comic convention season which is in full swing, and after a killer start at the ECCC, I'll be appearing at the Wondercon (http://comic-con.org) in San Francisco April 1 - 3, and then I'm off to the Long Beach Comic Con (http://www.longbeachcomiccon.com) April 23rd, and returning in Oct for their 2 day show.  Of course the season wouldn't be complete without being at the San Diego Comic Con in July.  I'll be in the Small Press section as usual, and expect some killer after parties!

All right, back to the drawing board.  I've got about half the kids book to still paint which will hopefully see a late April release

That's right, the weekend of March 4th - 6th brings my ass back to Seattle for another year of art and comics.  I'll be at Booth 114, the Micro Brew Studios/Rorschach Ent. table and this year, I've got a ton of stuff to offer.  First and foremost I'm releasing a limited edition Emerald City Comic Con Exclusive Print!  (See below for image).  I'm also going to have copies of my new books 'I Brought the Gutter', and  Richard A. Webster's book that I illustrated 'Bubbles from Atlantis'!  Also on hand will be the preview artwork for the upcoming Rachel Andrews and Lexi Sadler children's book I illustrated 'The Fruits of Our Labor'.  And if that is not enough I have brand new buttons and stickers, and if that is still not enough IF YOU BUY SOMETHING AT THE BOOTH THIS YEAR, YOU'LL BE ENTERED TO WIN THE ORIGINAL PAINTING I'LL BE LIVE PAINTING AT THE CONVENTION!!!!!  Let's see if those other booths have some shit kickin' awesomeness that can compare! So, hope to see all of you there!
